We deployed a human-centric design methodology for ensuring a delightful user
experience, enabled cross-platform capabilities for instant scaling, and incorporated
futuristic features for enabling a seamless e-learning experience. We ensured
YourAccess becomes a powerful e-learning platform for all students.
Due to technical limitations and lack of modern features, Your Access found that the organic
growth and expansion of their eLearning platform were hampered. They were unable to find the
perfect solution and they approached us to help them resolve these issues.
The existing mobile app had a complex and
a complicated user interface, which reduced the
engagement of their users. Students were not able
to locate the resources, and find answers to their
problems.
The client had developed separate Android and
iOS native apps for their same platform, and this
hampered their overall growth. Regular testing and
updating both the apps across different platforms
sucked away resources, and proved to be impractical.
Community was an important and critical feature of
Your Access, but with the existing app, the community
was not able to communicate freely and seamlessly.
This created obstacles in overall user experience, and
deterred them from spending more time on the app.
Your Access wanted us to revamp their existing mobile application with cutting
edge features and a delightful user-experience for the students. We ensured that learning
becomes a fun-filled exercise to gain knowledge and skills, without compromising any
existing features. We ensured that students of this app are able to connect,
measure and get empowered with the right information, at the right time.
To ensure that the students are able to consume content in an optimal way, we
completely revamped the UX/UI of the app, and provided a completely immersive
experience. The new design is clutter-free, aesthetic and inspires the users to
engage and consume more content, seamlessly.
The front end of the mobile application was redesigned and revamped, using the
power of React Native Cross Platform framework. This ensures unprecedented
scalability, and flexibility to accommodate both Android and iOS users without
compromising on the overall user experience.
The mobile application already had a community feature that we enhanced with
Zoom integration. With this feature, students and teachers were able to connect
with each other seamlessly, as and when required. Conducting online classes
became easier, with better video quality and less distractions.
