Cafe Javas is a #1 full-service, a quick-casual restaurant in Kampala and rated 4.5
stars by Tripadvisor. They are a well-known brand and delivers a relaxed and memorable
dining experience through 12 locations. Client approached TechAhead to create an
on-demand food delivery app that can help them expand their business.

What we did.

TechAhead helped Cafe Javas to be future-ready by helping them customize guest
experiences across different touchpoints. We created highly scalable, robust, engaging
mobile apps with intuitive customer loyalty features like quick ordering, personalized menus,
and reward points. End-to-end turnkey solution included brainstorming with the client,
prototype development, UI/UX design, application architecture to final mobile apps.

Digital Contracts

We designed an automatic rental contract workflow to take care of all the legal formalities. The contracts are created and sent automatically by the app, and the guests can accept them on the app itself.

We designed a hassle-free, stress-free, and completely secure payment system for the guests and hosts to enjoy complete peace of mind.

Personal Concierge

We designed and developed personal concierge services within the app. It allows the guests to find the local fun and recreational options, check timings of the activities, book fun activities, and buy the services, and rate them directly through the app.
